Payment is deducted when we process your order.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Delivery

Normally, deliveries will take between 4 and 5 working days and we do everything we can to meet this. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries will need to be signed for.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who will need to report the theft to Police.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you. If you are not available and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to re-send your item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

The courier will attempt to deliver twice after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

Based on our courier policy and their exceptions we do not currently offer delivery outside the UK or to the Highlands or Islands.
